Good one, although really the ocean needs to be succussed, nut the body itself. That would require at least 100 earthquakes (counting aftershocks, of course) and as many Deluges.
Mind you, that probably *would* wipe out terrorism... along with most, if not all, of the human race. Some days, that sounds like a good idea.
